  • Record a clear video of the sealed parcel before opening
  • Capture a complete 360° unboxing video without any cuts or edits
  • Ensure the shipping label and packaging are clearly visible
  • Show the product condition immediately after opening
  • Display original tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Highlight any damage, defect, or incorrect product clearly in the video

Important Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
  • Requests without proper video proof will not be accepted
  • Any tampered, edited, or incomplete video will lead to rejection
